This journey began a long time ago. Way before I had any idea of where I was headed or what was to come. I am so excited to have you along for the ride. My Sacred Space

My private studio space includes a group session/ classroom area, 1:1 service room and bathroom all in the basement area of my home. When you arrive you will find yourself in a cute older neighborhood on the West side of Elgin, IL. The entire level is used exclusively for business purposes and offers heated wood like floors to keep your feet nice and cozy during your visit along with hot and cold filtered water for drinking. The massage table utilizes a Bio-Mat offering Far-infrared heat. This is the most healing form of heat, warming and detoxing you from the bone level out. Every massage and reflexology session includes hot towels and CBD is available to add for $20.
the Mullet Studio
The Mullet Studio was designed with your comfort in mind. From heated floors, yoga mats, bolsters, blocks, cloud pillows and cozy wool blankets all of your comforts are met in this space.
From sound bath immersions and journeys to breath and continuing education workshops, this space is flexible and adaptable to the professional needs of an educator and the freedom to explore of an embodied somatic practitioner.
Group sessions and workshops are regularly scheduled and the space is also available for your private event as well. Private events can be guided by myself or for an event of your choosing.
