Meet Natalie Pendergrass
I'm Natalie Pendergrass, a massage therapist, movement educator, and creator of the HyperStrong Method™. With more than 22 years of experience working with bodies, I bring a practical, body-aware perspective to movement, breathing, and stability.
My work with hypermobility is informed by both professional experience and my own lived experience. I understand how frustrating it can be when conventional movement approaches don't feel supportive or seem to leave you working harder without feeling more stable.
I created the HyperStrong Method™ to offer a more thoughtful approach—one that emphasizes body awareness, breath-led movement, and building stability at a pace that respects individual needs.
Through the 12-week Chronic Pain & Hypermobility Stability System, I share practices designed to help participants explore movement, develop skills, and build a more supportive relationship with their bodies.
My goal is to help you approach movement with greater understanding, confidence, and choice.
