
Policies
To help create a smooth experience for everyone, please review the following workshop policies before registering. These guidelines outline our cancellation, refund, and weather procedures so you know what to expect if plans change. By registering for a class, you agree to the policies below.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
You may cancel up to 2 weeks in advance for a full refund. After that point, no refunds will be given, but you may send someone in your place. Class fees are not transferable to another workshop.

Class Minimum Policy:
A minimum of 8 participants is required. If the class is canceled by Sacred Spirit Bodyworks, you will receive a full refund or credit towards a future course.

Weather Policy:
If class is canceled due to weather, a full refund will be issued. If the class runs and you are unable to attend due to conditions, you’ll receive a refund minus a $35 administrative fee.
