ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Natalie Pendergrass
A Movement Specialist and the creator of the HyperStrong Method™. I support women with hypermobile bodies who want to feel more stable, confident, and supported in their movement. Through professional training and lived experience, I’ve learned that many traditional movement and breathing cues simply aren’t designed for hypermobile biomechanics. I created the HyperStrong Method™ to offer a more body-aware, safety-first approach.
